It can be difficult to remember when you had your last sexual health check-up and when it's time for your next one. It can also be difficult to know how often you should get tested for STIs.
By filling out the details below, you can register to receive free and confidential reminders to go for a sexual health check-up.
You can choose to receive the reminder as either an e-mail or SMS.
The more sex you have, the more frequently you should have a sexual health check-up to test for HIV and other STIs. All men who have sex with men should be tested at least once a year, even if you only have one regular partner. If you have casual sex outside of your relationship, you (and your partner) should get tested at least every six months; if you (or your partner) have more than 1 to 2 casual partners a month, it is recommended to get tested every three months.
The password along with your email address will allow you to log in and change your preferences.
Got an STI or recently had one? Want to tell your recent sex partners but not sure how to go about it?
Even though it can be difficult and uncomfortable it is important for their health - and the health of the other guys they may be having sex with - to know that they may have an STI. Remember, if one partner is untreated, many STIs can be passed back and forth.
To make telling them easier you can choose between sending an SMS or e-postcard. The SMS message is anonymous. The e-postcard can either be sent anonymously or with your email address attached. Please use this service appropriately and consider any implications to the recipient.
